Server Problems Empty Server Problems

Hi guys,

i have Server problems, our Server get reinstalled so i must write everything new. I want to change the Name and the Loadscreen, but i cant save this shit. The name of our server at the moment is "admin". All admin rights are deletet and i dont know how i can make it make back.
So i search now at the problem and i hope i can find it really fast.

I fix it if you wanna your rights than you must be online the same time when i sit in cc Razz
